Grand Cols Cycling Tours is a Dutch travel organisation founded by Rinie Sminia (Diemen) and Joop Forster (Venlo). Rinie has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and in planning and guiding cycling tours in the high mountains. Joop is an experienced mountain cyclist and knows the most beautiful routes across Europe.
